What should I do if my rider doesn’t have cash to pay the ride?

If the rider has selected a cash payment but does not pay at the end of the ride, it will be the driver’s responsibility to find an amicable solution with the client or in the worst case to take measures against him (filing a complaint for instance).
If the rider has already left the car, you can contact him after the ride, by going into the Trips section of the menu by selecting the given ride and by writing directly to him.
Please note that Lymo has no right to intervene in the ride, as the ride contract is directly between the driver and its rider.
